ACC Inclusion

In the new normal, post Covid-19, we will grasp the opportunity to prepare young people with skills for life, supported by amazing leaders delivering an inspiring programme. Our actions will be focussed around Growth, Inclusivity, Youth Shaped, Community Impact and #skills for life. To help us deliver this vision we’re currently looking for an Assistant County Commissioner Inclusion. This is a management role, and we need someone who can provide leadership, motivation and guidance to all our adult volunteers, our youth members and, if appropriate, their parents or guardians. As ACC Inclusion you will work along side and receive support from members of the County team, the County Executive and will be part of the County’s People workstream.

This role is open to anyone interested, and has the right skills, to ensure that every section and activity within the County is as inclusive as it can be, welcoming members from all backgrounds and helping to make reasonable adjustments to support a fully diverse membership. No prior experience of Scouting is required: we’ll make sure you’re fully trained and supported.

For more details see the attached vacancy pack here.
