Touch Rugby - are you up for it?
Kent RFU in partnership with the RFU are holding a Touch Rugby competition for Met Kent at the end of the season.
Touch Rugby is a great version of the game and is growing in popularity. It is a great way to stay (or get) rugby fit whilst ensuring weary players bodies benefit from the non contact it needs over the summer. It is also a great way to learn how to play rugby without the injury risk – perfect for non rugby players.
Starting on the 10th May, for 10 weeks your own friends, colleagues or club members can play in a Mixed Adult competition AND a Mixed Youth Competition in the first ever Kent RFU Touch Competition which will be based at the Samuel Montagu Youth Club (near Shooters Hill and Charlton Park Rugby Clubs).
Places are limited so early registration is advised.
