Royal Kingston Scout's Air Rifle Club have arranged a Tutor Training Course for the NSRA Youth Proficiency Scheme. Details of the Course are available here, a copy of the Course application form is available here.
County Team Wins the 2012 National Championships
Our GLSW Team won the Inter County Air Rifle/Air Pistol Competition, having won second place in rifle competition and taking the pistol shooting competition the team won the overall trophy. Congratulations to the five scouts from Richmond and the three from Royal Kingston who made up the team. Thanks also to the parents and supporters who made it possible and particularly to the County Adviser, Jean Jenkins.
Shooting
The Crime and Security Act 2010 tightens the offence of 'parting with possession of a firearm to a young person not authorised to possess it' by making negligent storage that MAY result in the transfer of possession to such a young person explicitly criminal.
