Explorer Scout Hillwalking Course 2004

Below are pictures taken on the GLSW Explorer Hillwalking Course held in October 2004.

The course was an activity weekend that included hill walking, rock climbing, abseiling and various instructional sessions. The party stayed at Yr Hen Neuadd, the County's base in Bethesda, North Wales and all activities were organised and run by nationally qualified and Scout authorised instructors.

The pictures show hillwalking over the Glyderau, the party sitting on the Cantilever Stone on Glyder Fach, descending from Glyder Fawr and then climbing and abseiling at Tin Can Alley, Ogwen.
